Hideaway Bay Beach club condo complex is located on Little Gasparilla Island--a bridgeless barrier island. 7 miles of pristine white sand and shell laden beach await once you arrive at your new paradise accessible by a beautiful board walk. Little Gasparilla is accessible by the private condo-owned ferry service. Ferry ride is only 10 minutes from the mainland. HBBC has a deeded beach access, dock availability for your boat on a first come, first serve basis and a heated community pool for your enjoyment. HBBC has its own private parking on the mainland for your convenience as well as a private gazebo at the ferry landing. The gazebo boasts comfortable seating while you wait for the ferry.
The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit consisting of 3 levels. The main bedroom, bathroom kitchen, dining area and living room are on the second level. The second bedroom and bathroom is on the 3rd level accessible by a spiral staircase. The lanai is located adjacent to the living room showcasing breathtaking views of the pond, pool and bay. It is the perfect setting to relax and entertain. The laundry closet is in the lanai. Storage space is located under the unit on the first level. There is plenty of room to store your fishing gear, exercise equipment or beach gear. There is convenient trash collection daily included in your quarterly dues. There are no commercial shops on the island and no cars (only golf carts). There are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby on the intracoastal and mainland.
